Step 1: Fill Out Form

Use the link above to fill out the google form with your information and proposition. You will receive an email within a week letting you know if your custom form has been accepted or if we are not interested at the time.

Step 2: Making Your Custom

After a design has been determined, half the commission price is due upfront in order to protect both me and the customer. Once paid, I will start working on your piece! You'll have the option to receive updates throughout the process and to make edits (within reason).

Step 3: Finished!

Once the product is finished and ready to be shipped out, a final payment is needed. You will receive a tracking number for your package to get live updates on when it will arrive !

Important Information!!

Pricing:
  • Fully depends on the size and design elements you're looking for. Typically the base price starts at $80-$120 and we go from there. 
  • Shipping price is based on where you live. In the US it can range anywhere from $6-$12 for the weight of a mug. For international it can range from $18-$24 for the weight of a mug. A more accurate shipping price will be provided once we're in the talks. 
  • After calculating the price, a non-refundable deposit of half the payment is required before starting your piece. Once completed, the final half must be paid before I ship out your order. 
  • International Only: Please make sure to read the "Import Tax & Customs" section on my policies page. It is your responsibility to know your own country's import fees, tariffs, customs, or taxes. These do not get paid to me but at customs in your country.
Time Frame: 

Customs will can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on how complex it is and how many orders I have at the time. Shipping typically takes about a week in the USA to be delivered and about 3-4 weeks for international orders. That being said, if you are placing an order for a special occasion or have a strict deadline, please keep this time frame in mind. If you feel it absolutely necessary, you can be pushed up in line for a fee. I will try my best to work with you in order for you to receive your custom on time.

  • Submitting a custom form is not a guaranteed acceptance. Time constraints allow me to only take on a limited amount of customs. If I feel like I can't accomplish your request or it does not interest me, we will not proceed forward with the next steps. You will receive an email within a week letting you know if your custom form has been accepted or if we are not interested at the time. Feel free to resubmit your custom form in the future if it is not accepted the first time.
