Policies

After an order is placed, packages will be sent out within a week
After an order is shipped out, typically it will be delivered within a week for the US and about 3-4 weeks for international
Once your order is dropped off at the post office, I (the seller) am not responsible for any damaged/stolen/missing/late packages
My main focus is getting your item to you safe and sound! That being said, no special packaging or gift wrapping is possible. I also try to reuse packaging materials around the house to reduce adding waste to the planet so don't be surprised if your box is full of random book pages!
If the shipping address given is invalid (i.e. does not exist, misspelling, etc.), I will send you an email about correcting it. If you don't respond after a week of contact, I will cancel your order. After your order is cancelled you will have an additional week to file for a refund.
If a package is returned to sender for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the reshipment costs

Please be aware that Dusk Shoppe products are being shipped out from the United States. Your country may have certain import fees, tariffs, customs, or taxes that we have no control over. Your package may be held in customs until these fees are paid.
Please be aware of your own country's import policies and fees before ordering. We are not responsible for any additional costs after your package has been shipped out. Even if you have purchased from Dusk Shoppe in the past, your country's fees and policies may have changed.

I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please look at the photos and read descriptions carefully and remember that pieces are handmade. Variations should be expected and embraces. No two items will be perfectly identical.
International buyers are unable to receive a refund if additional costs (i.e. import fees, tariffs, customs, taxes, etc.) go unpaid. It is the buyers responsibility to know their own country's import policies and fees before ordering.
